Addie Davis-Holsin

Born and raised in Columbus, specifically Clintonville, Addie has been able to watch, learn and live the growth and vibrancy of the city. Addie has always known real-estate, her mother is the Broker/Owner of their RE/MAX Capital Centre, Inc and opened her franchise in the 80’s. Addie grew up working the phones and helping throughout the office. After attending high school at Bishop Watterson, she decided she would follow in her mother’s footsteps and became a full-time Realtor in 2006.

Addie has learned to work through the ebbs and flows of the changing markets. She has tried to learn all facets and has grown her network of affiliates, vendors, and clients by doing so. From first-time home buyers and sellers, to seasoned investors and property management in-between, Addie knows all sides of the transaction to better serve her clients.

She is a wife and mother to two children, a boy and girl, and they are always on the go! She loves raising them in the same zip code that her and her husband grew up and still reside in. In her free time, she enjoys watching her kids play sports, going on walks, spending time with her family and reading a book (or Audible since she’s always in the car).

Addie believes that you should “love what you do and do what you love.” She loves selling real estate and believes a big part of loving life is giving back to your community. She is currently on the Clintonville July 4th Celebration committee as its secretary/treasurer, volunteers at her parish festival, volunteers at LifeTown for kids, helps make sandwiches for St. Lawrence Haven, and enjoys donating to local causes. She also serves at Columbus Realtors.

She is a 2019-2021 Director at Columbus Realtors. She has served as past chair of MLS Committee. She was named in the inaugural class of ‘10 under 40’ at Columbus Realtors and locally the past recipient of Clintonville Chambers Businessperson of the Year.
