Addora Beall is the consummate professional. We have had a 20 year relationship with her. She helped us sell a home, buy a home, and sell a home. She is a wealth of information and local resources. I highly recommend her to both perspective buyers and sellers. There is no doubt in my mind that her suggestions and recommendations most recently helped us get 30% over the asking price of our home which afforded us the ability to buy our current home for cash!. The important but modest investment we made to our home prior to listing paid off in spades. Not to be overlooked is her integrity. She is genuine, kind, straightforward and honest. She works tirelessly to make the process understandable and seamless. It's clear she loves what she does. I whole heartedly recommend her and hope those reading this review will have the same wonderful experience.

So I'll break up my review into two parts, the short and sweet version and the detailed version.

Short and sweet: We worked with Addora for 5 years looking for a home for our family. She was amazing and we wouldn't have traded our experience with her for anything. She is your advocate and you'd be making a mistake to not go with her.

Detailed review: As I mentioned, we started our home buying journey about 5 years ago. We met Addora while attending an open house she was showing. My husband and I were like cats and dogs when it came to what we wanted for our growing family. She earnestly took the time to get to know us and our wants. She was patient with us, but gave us the "tough love" as we say when we needed it. Needless to say, this market has not been an easy one, especially in the area we were in. Once we finally got our house "wants" in order the pandemic hit. This just made things 100 times harder. My husband and I thought we had a good understanding of what we needed to do to get a home, but every time we didn't listen to Addora's advise, we lost out. She is seasoned and her expertise in the market and real estate is unparalleled. You may not see all the work that's going on, but behind the scenes she is working hard on behalf of her clients. She never gave up on us. We were basically at the point where we were communicating weekly, sometimes daily with her and scheduling sometimes 5 home tours in a day. Once we actually started following her directions, we started having a good shot at the homes we wanted. Finally, after about 5 years, another baby, and a pandemic later, we were able to purchase a home for our family. We could never have done this without her wisdom and guidance. Along the way several people and other agents tried to sway us away, but (I kid you not) once we told them who our agent was, EVERY time, the response was, "oh, no, she's the best, stick with her." We have referred her to all our friends and family. She will be your advocate, whether you are the buyer or the seller. Addora will have your best interests at heart. She has now helped another family member purchase a home, helped us purchase our home, and sell our previous property. For as long as we have real estate needs, we will be utilizing her. Do not hesitate, give her a call NOW.

FIVE STARS!!! We could not have asked a better realtor to sell our family home than Addora Beall. She is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and trustworthy, which was especially important since one of us lives out of state. Even though Addora has a very busy real estate business, she treated us like we were her only clients. She always had time to answer our questions. Phone calls, texts, and emails were always returned promptly, if not answered initially.
We are certain that had it not been for Addora we would not have received the interest, offers, and ultimate selling price for our family home. She was able to stick to her established timeline to make the house ready for sale, list and show it, receive and consider offers, and close escrow. Addora has an abundance of resources available to her, including her own interior design expertise, which definitely enhanced the value of our family home.
With regard to all of the paperwork involved in the sale of our house, Addora was very patient in walking me through all of it and answering any and all questions we had. When unexpected issues came up, as they do from time to time during the sale of a house, Addora always timely advised us of such and clearly explained our options. We always felt that she had our best interests in mind.
We could not have been happier with Addora’s efforts and result! We cannot more strongly recommend Addora for your real estate needs in the Glendale area!

Addora helped my husband and I buy our dream home in LA within 3 months of relocating from the east coast. Her professional expertise, real estate experience and personal insight into the many different areas of LA enabled us to narrow down our search and identify where we wanted to live, which was incredibly valuable. Adora is highly ethical , efficient and a fierce advocate. She has a heart of gold and an iron fist . My wife and I are both type A personalities , and Addora was quite strategic in managing our own expectations while pushing us through the final sale . We were on the search for 9 years , and three days after selecting Addora as our representative , we found ourselves in Escrow. 30 days later , proud owners of an enchanting home in the Vally .
