Adelaida, whose friends call her Lala, is a marketing and branding expert focused on advancing her clients' real estate sales. She holds a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the University of San Francisco (USF) and a master's degree in design from California College of the Arts (CCA), emphasizing how human factors affect assessments and how to perform with this knowledge when preparing and marketing a property for sale.
