Adrian Castillo

Adrian Castillo is a Realtor/Property Manager for Dalton Wade Real Estate Group. He has joined the Dalton Wade Team and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and management skills. Throughout his career, he has managed a variety of projects from offices...high and mid-rise, retail, industrial, commercial and residential; located throughout the Northeast and the Southeast United States.

Adrian is a dynamic professional with over 16 years experience in Real Estate Management and is accustomed to, and comfortable with, the complex multi-cultural, multi-roles of management. Adrian earned a BS degree in Business Project Management and Construction Management in Sarasota, Florida, with an emphasis in Real Estate Development. At this time, he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Project Management with the Project Management Institute (PMI), with a completion date of December 2013.

A pro-active manager with excellent communication, people and analytical skills, Adrian are qualified for dealing with a broad range of diverse environments.

When Adrian isn’t working closely with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married for 18 years and he and his wife have 2 beautiful children. Adrian is fluent in Spanish and English.
