About Adrian
-Given my passion for commercial real estate, I have a sincere interest in project management or brokerage. As an Associate Project Manager or Broker I am looking forward to researching and organizing supplier market data, assisting construction projects, executing RFP’s, providing outstanding customer service, and creating value for our clients. My long term goals are to become an expert in the commercial real estate industry, develop lasting relationships, and become a top producer.
-I began construction project management working alongside an investor and researching properties that fit his needs. I contracted the corresponding companies to perform construction and remodeling projects to get it prepared to resell. While performing these duties I went on to obtain my real estate license that led me to a passion for commercial real estate and also to commercial real estate project management.
- As a part time agent, now looking for full time, over the course of three years I have successfully completed over a dozen transactions amounting in consideration of over $5 million. Depending on the circumstance, I represented the seller, buyer, and acted as a dual agent. Overtime I came across several commercial real estate opportunities which I seized the opportunity to work on. These experiences sparked my passion for commercial real estate. Although I had limited knowledge about how to perform commercial real estate transactions, I approached them with confidence and humility. Confidence because I’m the type of person that will figure out a way to achieve goals and overcome obstacles. Humility because I’m coachable and seek advice to improve personally. In my first CRE transaction I acted as a dual agent and facilitated the sale of a 15,000 SF freestanding office warehouse. Serving the buyer and seller with diligence, respect and patience I was able to achieve each of their goals such as an agreeable sales price, closing timeline and closing costs. Resulting in a gratifying experience for each party.
- I represented a tenant for a 30,000 SF end cap suite in a new multi-tenant flex industrial building. I created value for my client by drafting an LOI, negotiating lower rent, reducing annual rental rate increases, extending the rent abatement period, and adding renewal options. The term was a 5 year lease at $1,400,000. My client was ecstatic with how much money I was able to save his company, the quality service I provided them, and we still maintain a relationship.
- Personal passions are Faith, family, charity, outdoors, education, and health.
