After over a year of heartache and disappointment working with another realtor in quite possibly the most competitive housing market in generations, I made the decision to start working with Adrian, and am I ever glad that I did! Never mind that we met when he was kind enough to show a house for me when my original realtor was unavailable, and never mind the fact that after that difficult 15 months Adrian got an offer on my now home after just 6 weeks working together, and never mind the fact that he’s simply one of the hardest working individuals I’ve come to know: the fact of the matter is Adrian will do absolutely everything in his power to provide you with exemplary service and support and will make one of the most stressful times of your life as easy as possible.

I never once had to worry that we would miss an opportunity to see a house I was interested in. Adrian was responsive and quickly scheduled showings, working around my unpredictable schedule and very often ensuring that we were among the first ones to see each house. I never once had to worry that he would give me anything but the most sound and practical advice for my situation. And I never once doubted his ability to take me to the finish line — even in *this market*

If your goal is find yourself a new home, working with Adrian is one for he best decisions you can make. You won’t find anyone else who will stay up all hours of the night working for you, anyone else patient enough for moments of indecision, anyone else to coach you through the inevitable mountain of problems you’ll face along the way, or anyone else to talk to down off the ledge when you’re ready to throw in the towel. I truly cannot express my gratitude enough and will always recommend his services to anyone I know. My only regret is that it won’t be for many more years until we can work together again.

This recommendation was written on a beautiful May afternoon from the back deck of my new home. I couldn’t be happier and I owe it all to Adrian.

Even with the craziness of today’s market, Adrian was ALWAYS extremely responsive, always had a laugh or smile to give and came through when we really needed him. Adrian took very good care of us. He was always available with any questions we had and patiently and enthusiasticly showed us as many properties as we could throw at him until we finally found a perfect fit. He also helped us navigate the closing process in a very professional manner. Adrian is not only a fantastic realtor, very knowledgeable and professional but also just a great person. He always puts you first whether it be seeing a property on a Sunday or even late on a weeknight. Adrian also has lots of connections to assist with mortgages, repairs or even renovations, he’s not a typical “mass realtor”, just looking to sell houses to as many people as possible, he has a personality that brings light and positivity to every showing making sure you find the house you are surely in search of. Our experience was great, as we hit some bumps in the road with the current state of the market, Adrian was able to help us keep moving along. Adrian will most certainly be our realtor again in the future!
