Adrian Sanchez

Mr. Sanchez has held a Florida real estate license since 2005, becoming a broker in 2009. The founder and principal at luxury boutique firm, Wire Miami, Adrian has sold over $400M in commercial and residential real estate. A member of the Master Broker’s Forum, a prestigious group of top producing residential Realtors, he has sold hundreds of multi-million-dollar properties, mostly in Brickell, Downtown, South Beach, Coral Gables and Sunny Isles and is widely regarded as one of the top authorities on luxury new development and pre-construction in Miami.

In 2018, Mr. Sanchez earned his New York State broker’s license and has facilitated the transition/relocation for several New York based clients to the no-income-tax state of Florida.

Adrian is a proud registered Republican with unapologetically conservative values. Interests outside of real estate are family, traveling, skiing, hiking music and dining.
