I worked with Adriana to sell my condo. She is an epitome of a good real estate agent. She’s very professional, proactive, efficient, and knowledgeable. She managed to have the buyer close their 21 day escrow in time. She wasted no time. She was spot on her suggestion for the listing price too and I got over asking price offer. Full package agent Professional, Friendly & Hardworking

Adriana has went above an beyond with assisting my family and I. We were first time buyers and had many hurdles with my first lender, but Adriana stuck it out and made it look easy. We put about 10 -15 offers on homes, (some properties required an offer first just to look at the property) when I was discouraged in this sellers market she was very patient, not pushy and offered the right amount of support. We ended up switching lenders and it made things smoother but we still had deadlines for forms, documents, inspections etc. with her experience and expertise things ran smoothly. I am a workaholic and a full time mom, she even went to the inspection 2 hours away that I couldn’t attend because of my busy schedule. She did her best to be available and work with my busy schedule. Almost every home (a list over 20 ) that I wanted to see she got us in. Purchasing a home is not easy it was a little intimidating but Adriana handled it like a boss. Adriana listened to everything I needed and wanted, she explains and communicated with me so I understood the whole process and would be prepared. She knows what she is doing and even in this sellers market she was able to get me credit. My family and I are eternally grateful we have our first home, real estate investment, we also have a life connection. If I could give a million stars I would.

Run, don't walk, to secure the services of this highly professional, knowledgeable gal. She bent over backwards to help us with the purchase of a condo. She was very knowledgeable of the area and maintains close contact with the escrow and mortgage companies. She is at your beck and call whenever you need her. Highly recommend!

Thank you Adriana for helping us find our dream first home! Adriana is a breath of fresh air in this LA real estate market. She is professional, honest, and hard working. From the moment we told her what we were looking for, she made sure to send us listings promptly or suggest listings that she thought would fit the bill. If something didn't seem worth seeing or she didn't think made sense for us, she explained why and.truly saved us a lot of time and heartache in this market! She was also super knowledgeable about what to look for as a first time home buyer, things we had never even thought to consider. It was like having a kind parent looking after you :). You can tell that she truly wants her clients to be happy and excited about their new home! She even texted us afterwards to see how the home was feeling and to send her photos of the progress! We cannot thank her enough for her patience, diligence and enthusiasm during this entire process! We plan on staying in this home for a while but when and if we move/sell, Adriana is our woman!

I was matched with Adriana by pure serendipity from a website ! Lucky us. We were only at the “looking”phase when we met. She had a few listings in our price range and desired area.She was flexible meeting us with our wacky work schedules.She was calm,not pushy at all.She returned texts and calls promptly.Being a first time buyer, is a big deal and Adriana was the there for us every step of the way.She has great support people, escrow,inspector etc. I ,100% will recommend Adriana to anyone embarking on a real estate journey! I had a wonderful experience working with Adriana Michaels. She has excellent customer service, she is genuine, communicates well, and has patience. She was with me every step of the way. Once I found my dream home she knew right away and fed off of my energy. She was as excited about it as I was. That makes a true realtor, one that is as passionate as I am over my new home. Adriana was amazing to work with to find our hime in San Pedro. She was very knowledgeable of the market trends which helped us find our new home. We relocated from Murrieta to San Pedro, CA. I never felt rushed in making a decision when purchasing our home. Adriana Michaels was very professional, always patient, respectful, and kind. No matter how many homes we requested to view or how many questions we had. We finally found our home close to our family and are so thankful that Adriana was at our side guiding us!
