She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.
We ultimately put our plans on hold when I had wrist surgery. I was so surprised when I received a gift certificate for pizza. That was a personal touch that matters and shows what type of person she is.
When we sell, this will be my one and only call.

Ginger Ramsey was amazing! We needed to sell my mom’s house very quickly, due to her moving into a nursing home under hospice care. Ginger actually helped us move things out of mom’s house, brought in furniture to stage the house, and was able to get an offer in one week!
My mom passed away before the closing, which added an additional challenge, but Ginger handled all the changes to paperwork and the closing went as scheduled.
Ginger is a professional realtor, as well as an amazing, compassionate person, and I would recommend her to anyone needing real estate help!

Adriane and Erika are the best! They made our house look great and sold it quick while putting up with our crazy schedule. My husband wanted to sell it himself, but we didn't have the time. Adriane and Erika sold our house well above the asking price so we had more money left after paying everything than what we were going to sell for had we sold it ourselves, plus they did all the work. I would highly recommend them and will use them again when we are ready for our next move!

I cannot tell you enough wonderful traits about Adriane and her RE/MAX Shine team. I was very hesitant about buying and selling in this market (we had started our process of finding our dream home at the beginning of June 2021 really by accident.. we really weren't looking to move). In less than a week and I mean a "week" that we had a family camping vacation planned and I was a bit stressed about getting our house on the market, making the house "show ready" with twins (age 7) a little guy (age 5), and a puppy (all boys, all love, and all a bit messy).. I was just not sure if it was going to become a reality with the market also being so crazy at this time... and I am a positive person, it all just seemed a little daunting... Then came Adriane. Her persona confident, cool, positive... I have worked with many business people in the past working in a corporate environment both domestic and internationally. Adriane is one of the strongest business women I have ever met. She came in prepared.. with less than a weeks notice I had a portfolio of competitor market houses, what she thought we may be able to get on the high end and the low end and anything and everything else I needed to know including getting a sign up in front of our house. We met for about 30 minutes tops and I felt extremely confident with her knowledge and guidance that this whole selling our house thing was going to go smooth! So we went on our camping trip and I had remembered we had to finish painting our kiddos play room (just 1 more wall) that I had been putting off. When we came home from our trip to much shock, the wall was painted, our house was show ready (her team came in and helped declutter the room I had been putting off and staged the house beautifully), and we already had several people that wanted to take a second tour of the house with in a week and a half. Then sadly our dream house we were looking to buy fell through and we quickly removed our house from the market. During this process Adriane was completely positive, calm, and collective; reassuring when the time was right everything would move and fall into place.. and it did. Our dream house came back to us at the end of summer (2 days before our kiddos started school).. we got out house back on the market and it went up super fast as we had to move quick and Adriane was right there to help. And it sold!!! So fast! She was there every step of the way to ensure all went as smooth as possible from personal drop off's, texts, document drop off/pick ups... I cannot credit her and her team enough for being professional, hard working, motivated, calm, collective, overall just amazing! Hands down I recommend Adriane and her RE/MAX Shine team to anyone in the market looking to sell or purchase a home or property. She is an amazing person and business woman hands down and helped our dream come true.

The team provided a consistent level of peace and calm throughout a stressful time. I've included a photo I took as I was in my yard preparing for photos for the listing... these amazing women, Adriane, Katie, and Ericka showed up in their "Shine Mobile" to stage our house on a 95 degree day. Even in a seller’s market selling a home can be a trying task. Erika and Adriane were excellent to work with. This would be the 3rd home we sold and other agents in the past were unresponsive and made us feel like they were doing us a favor helping us. Their photos and the drone service were top notch. They arranged to have some repairs done for us (we did pay for them) so I didn’t need to worry about it. The best part was the communications. I send an email or text I got a timely response. We can't say enough good things about Adriane Stuebs and her team. When she first came to our house to meet with us, we felt like a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. Selling our house in the middle of a pandemic seemed like an insurmountable task, but Adriane immediately set our minds at ease with her professional demeanor and confidence that the house would sell quickly. Adriane is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and responsive. She and her team came to our house to stage it for us (as part of her services), bringing in beautiful furniture, wall decor, and even painting some of our walls before the professional photos were taken. My husband and I worked with Erika Haar to sell our home and purchase another this past year. We had been to a few open houses where Erika was the realtor, prior to deciding to list our home. Her demeanor, knowledge, and professionalism at these open houses led us to the decision that we would have her as our realtor when we were ready to sell.
