An L.A. native, Aileen attended UCLA with the intention of pursuing a career in the performing arts. However, a fascination with science and genetics inspired her to earn her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Her detour into real estate was a result of her lifelong love of architecture and people, and after working for the firm Mossler, Deasy & Doe, she made the transition to real estate as an agent with Alvarez, Hyland and Young, a small firm specializing in Beverly Hills real estate.
One of The Agency’s founding members, Aileen has represented a diverse and distinguished clientele, including numerous clients in the entertainment industry—both in the spotlight and behind the scenes. She is proud to have built a loyal following of repeat and referral clients who value her experience, integrity, and commitment.
