Aileen has been involved in Los Angeles real estate since 1987, representing buyers and sellers in the Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Cheviot Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Hancock Park, Los Feliz, Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, Malibu and beyond.

An L.A. native, Aileen attended UCLA with the intention of pursuing a career in the performing arts. However, a fascination with science and genetics inspired her to earn her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Her detour into real estate was a result of her lifelong love of architecture and people, and after working for the firm Mossler, Deasy & Doe, she made the transition to real estate as an agent with Alvarez, Hyland and Young, a small firm specializing in Beverly Hills real estate.

One of The Agency’s founding members, Aileen has represented a diverse and distinguished clientele, including numerous clients in the entertainment industry—both in the spotlight and behind the scenes. She is proud to have built a loyal following of repeat and referral clients who value her experience, integrity, and commitment. Together with Paul Lester, her business partner of more than a decade, Aileen has consistently ranked among the city’s top producing agents.
