I reached out to Aimee for rental properties, which she doesn’t do BUT decided to create a profile for me to help me (she heard my concern tone). After a week she followed up and asked if I was getting rental information and if I have seen any, I told her I was starting the process. Then she asked if I wanted information about buying. I was unsure because of the market. She educated me on what was out there and the process. Which I confirmed with my family member who is a banker and confirmed that Aimee was proving correct information. I am the type of person that I do a lot of research, I decided to go for it. She has great energy, she wasn’t pushy and she was willing to help me, even on a rental property that she gets no credit for. When I said “yes”, we met in 24 hours, talked business. In 48 hours I already started seeing property and by the second week I found my first home, put a offer and just waiting for my closing day. She kept me informed and made this whole process easy! I will miss talking to her often with her positive energy.

I do not know where to start! Aimee is literally a God sent. From the start to the end, Aimee made sure she was with us every step of the way. She showed up for appointments, advocate for us, kept us informed of deadlines, remained consistent in her communication, and provided us valuable education about the buying process. She was professional, honest, personable and most important genuine. Buying a home can be a stressful process, however, having Aimee as our realtor gave us a sense of peace and comfort.

As a first time home buyer and this challenging market with little/hardly no inventory I was beginning to lose the hope of owing a home.
