AJ was great at listening to what I wanted and needed with selling my home AS well as really looking out for my best interest (specially as a single mother of a young child)! He told me to trust him in the very beginning (which can be hard for me to do) and I did... and I am so happy I did!! Although we hit some bumps towards the end, (NOTHING to do with him or his settlement team but with MY bank) the majority of the process was smooth sailing with him making sure everything happened as it should. I would highly recommend using him to buy and/or sell. My home sold AS IS within 24hrs of making the listing available. Couldn't have been more pleased with a realtor. I should also mention I was doing this from a different state and AJ was there to make sure to handle things in person at the home as needed.

I used AJ to look for a new home and to sell my home. He was very patient working with me to find the right home. We went to many homes, and he did not make me feel pressured to buy at any point or to settle for something that he knew wasn't a good fit for me. He was always readily available to see any home I was interested in. Although I ended up going with a new construction home where they did not allow realtors, AJ still worked with me to sell my home on the same terms as if I was using him for both, which I very much appreciate. He also let me know he would still help me in the process with my new construction home if I needed his assistance. AJ was very prompt in responding to my text messages and phone calls.

He was well versed in the housing market and the history of the neighborhood that we visited.
