Alan Chocron

Alan brings a unique perspective to his work as a real estate broker. One could say he has real estate in his blood.

His family has been in the business for decades in Venezuela and South Florida developing waterfront luxury homes. Alan himself has invested in luxury properties throughout the region gaining an unmatched and deep understanding of the market in the process. His passion for building daily informs his work as a broker and gives him insight few have about the true value of properties.

At a young 28 years of age Alan has already had a big impact on the South Florida real estate market despite being a broker for a scant two years. He has sold more than $50 million worth of high end properties, $40 million in the last six months alone, setting sales and value records in several cities.

At the heart of his success are his marketing and presentation strategy. He uses cutting edge and top-of-the-line photography and video to get the word out about his clients’ properties. Technology is a key tool, both on the sell and buy-side, for Alan as well.

Real estate is people’s most important asset, and helping clients find just the right roof to put over the heads is what gets Alan most excited about his work.

He has played competitive tennis practically his entire life, winning a Florida state title in high school. He brings to his work the competitive spirit he has developed as a tennis player. Alan strives to always bring his “A” game to his work for clients.

In addition to tennis, Alan enjoys traveling, boating and gastronomy in his free time. He is a member of the Williams Island Country Club and the Soho Beach House and resides in Aventura. Alan received his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University.

Alan is a licensed realtor and insurance agent. Alan came to Miami at the age of four, relocating with his family from his native Caracas, Venezuela. As a junior tennis athlete, he traveled the world, winning the state championship in the state of Florida in singles and doubles on one of the strongest teams in the nation. He went on to play at the collegiate level as a student of Adelphi University in Long Island before transferring to Florida International University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. As a member of several country clubs in South Florida, he maintains his love of tennis and plays whenever possible. He has made his home in Williams Island, Aventura for the past 10 years. Alan is fluent in Spanish and English.
