Working with Alan was wonderful. He was attentive, understanding and respectful of our needs. If I ever plan to get another house in this area, I would 100% go back to Alan and will absolutely recommend him to anyone I know who is looking to buy.

The market had some seriously slim pickings during our search and he was extremely patient with us as we searched for the right home. Extremely attentive and helpful with all the details and explanations of home buying. As a first time home buyer I highly recommend working with Alan. With his help the experience went smooth (in my opinion).

When I had to unexpectedly sell my sisters house, I chose Alan as my realtor, not only because of his explanation of the local market and his marketing and advertising strategies he planned to use, but also because of his friendly and proactive attitude. Because I lived a distance away, I felt very comfortable with Alan managing the showings and day to day requirements of the house. When an unexpected legal problem added a bit of time to the sale, his patience and optimistic attitude were a great help. The house successfully sold for a bit more than expected, and during the process I never regretted having Alan represent me. I found him to be well informed, involved, friendly, and proactive. I was fortunate.
