Alan Wachman

Alan Wachman is a Senior Investment Specialist at Miller & Desatnik Realty Corp. Since joining the firm in 1991, Alan has continuously demonstrated his expertise and extensive knowledge of the multi-family real estate market in the Greater Los Angeles area by always ensuring that his clients are receiving a secure investment as possible with the opportunity for equity growth. Before working as an apartment building broker, Alan worked in management in a variety of sectors including the music business, restaurant, and night club business which prepared him not only to be a leader, but an excellent negotiator and problem solver. Clients have come to rely on his vast experience in the sales of multi-family properties, keen market acumen, and his dedicated commitment to client service.
