Alana Emitte

My name is Alana Emitte and I am a Real Estate agent with RE/MAX Gold.  I am a results-driven REALTOR® with a strong track record for delivering high quality customer service, which has led my passion for helping people with their real estate needs. I have closed 17 transactions so far this year which puts me in the top percentage of real estate agents in my area.
I achieved the Top Associate Award for Closed Purchase Contracts for January and February 2017. My goal is to continue to stay on this list each month, which ultimately means that I am helping more families achieve “The American Dream”!
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing, as well as a sales management and financial services background, which has laid the foundation for my success in Real Estate. I am a wife and a mother of 3 children, who enjoys travel as well as food and wine, which prompted my husband and I to start a social group centered around this passion.
Becoming licensed in real estate, was a natural progression towards my growth as it challenged me to step outside my comfort zone. I have purchased 3 homes in my life thus far, so I have experience from all angles of a transaction. Now, as a licensed REALTOR®, I believe that my own experiences give me the knowledge I need to better assist my clients.
Success to me as a REALTOR® is defined as providing the most positive experience for my clients from the beginning to the completion of the transaction, as well as the perpetual goal of making sure my clients are happy. There is no better reward than handing keys to a client, regardless if they are a first time or a seasoned home buyer. The feeling is exhilarating. I am confident with each transaction, my clients will walk away knowing that I have given my 100% to their experience.
