I don't even know where to start with Alana. She is the Gandalf the Grey to my Bilbo Baggins. She is the Obi-Wan to my Luke Skywalker of home-ownership. My wife and I decided to jump into the waters of buying a homeand were TERRIFIED of the process and what to expect. Alana was able to hold our hands and carefully explain every step of the process and offer EXPERT guidance from her EXPERT experience. She made the process of searching for a home and BUYING one FUN. I love how connected she is with all the different aspects of buying a home. Where she may not have the answers herself, she knows exactly who to ask. If you are ready to buy a house, even if you have concerns, talk to Alana. She will help you make decisions WITH you. I will HIGHLY recommend her to all friends buying in the Los Angeles or adjacent areas. With her on your side, you can do no wrong!

We had the best experience working with Alana Gospodnetich in our first home purchase in Winnetka, CA (Oct. 2022). Alana's personal knowledge of the valley area was so valuable in our home search and throughout the inspections and escrow. Alana used her "rolodex" to help us quickly get inspections and estimates for repairs that were so helpful. She got our offer accepted on the first try and worked her negotiating skills to get us the best outcome. We felt really supported by Alana throughout the whole process and would absolutely use her again or recommend her to anyone! Even after closing, Alana has been there to answer questions and offer advise.
