Hi, I’m Alanna and I am proud to be an actively involved member of Grand Junction for the past 10 years. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I grew up with the idea that homeownership was only for the wealthy people of which I was not a part. When I was 8 years old, I promised myself that I would own my own home. That promise sparked my curiosity for real estate. I am proud to say that I purchased my first home when I was 22 in Boulder County, Colorado. I am so fortunate to have financial and real estate mentors that have taught me investment strategy and technique. I have deeply rooted beliefs that every person can have the opportunity to create avenues for their own financial successes. A great step is the purchase of a home!

In addition to real estate, I am passionate about living a life full of joy. I love being with my wonderful husband and two kiddos swimming, skiing, rock climbing, hiking, white water rafting or at home caring for our garden and one very-needy pooch. I practice balancing my life with meditation, daily gratitude, exercise, good nutrition and sometimes, when I’m lucky, I even get the recommended 8 hours of sleep per night.
