His real estate journey began in 1996 when he joined the largest mortgage company in the United States as a Short Sale negotiator in the Loss Mitigation Department. He was personally responsible for closing over 500 short sales in his four year career. He honed his skills dealing with real estate agents as well as investors (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) learning the vernacular and the intricacies of the real estate world at the highest level.

From there, he segued into traditional real estate sales in 1999 joining one of the most established companies in the area. In his very first day in real estate, he took a listing and sold it in one day. He was instantly hooked and knew that this would would be a life-long endeavor for him. Since he was born in the San Fernando Valley, grew up in Simi Valley, went to college in the Conejo Valley (graduated from California Lutheran University), and currently live in the Santa Clarita Valley, he is very familiar with neighborhoods and real estate in those areas.

He believe in the power of social media and video. He invest heavily in video, photos, and social media where each individual property is unique and treated as such.
