Alejandro went above and beyond to make sure we found the right house. He patiently showed us dozens of properties we requested over 5 months time during an extremely tough market, did his own searches for us based on our parameters, and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the market to us along the way, as first time home buyers. When we were ready to make an offer, he showed us how to structure it appropriately. When we won the bid, he guided us through the process checking in daily, until the closing day. We also had a good experience working with his preferred lender, title company and rest of the team.

We know that Alejandro works with a wide variety of clientele, including real estate investors, and we feel we also recieved premium service and attention to our unique needs for finding a home.

Alejandro was recommended to us by our neice who works with his wife. We started our house hunting online from 3 states away. Alejandro created on his website a focused search that helped us to narrow the available properties that fit our specific needs and modest budget. When we had interest in particular properties he showed it to my brother-in-law and the two of them gave us the input that guided our choice. When we finally met in person his professional demeanor and friendly bedside manner convinced us we were going to get the right house with his guidance.
We got our house and he deserves the credit. He kept us informed, he navigated the process and explained the options that allowed us to out maneuver half a dozen other very interested parties.

Alejandro was assisting a Buyer find a home in our home’s price range, and so we agreed to allow him show it before it was put on the market and to be come both our Agents.

The Buyer’s Loan Approval had obstacles and delays but with Alejandro’s determination he was able to redirect the Buyer to a new lender and persevere through the deadlines.

Alejandro Ventura is a rockstar in real estate! From the first time I spoke to him, to the very last time, Alejandro was very informative, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. His process is outstanding. He was able to sell our home within a few days, and for the most amount possible! The average of numbers is 1 offer for every 6 showings. But in our case we had 4 offers in 6 showings!!! Alejandro does fantastic jobs having the home staged, photographed and videography done. He knows the business very well and it shows. Before Alejandro, we interviewed a handful of agents and had many more call us while trying to do the FSBO thing. It came down to a couple of them but Alejandro stood out among the pack.
