Aleksa helped me find my dream condo in downtown Minneapolis. She knows the area extremely well and offers a unique perspective based on her expertise. She really listens to what you are looking for and will make strong recommendations on where to look based on what you share. I was brand new to the area and didn't know much and she really helped me navigate the perfect location. She is very responsive - available by phone call, email, text or whatever your preference is. She was up to speed and able to find out properties that were soon to be on the market as well. Also she has strong relationships with other realtors and able to get questions answered from seller. Not only did she help through the close, she was also able to recommend professionals needed to actually move in - painters, carpet, moving company, etc. Aleksa is highly recommended for your all your real estate needs!

I worked with Aleksa to sell my condo at 317 Groveland in March of 2019. She was amazing to work with. Helped me determine when the best time to put my condo on the market was and helped me choose when to take an offer to get the most bang for my buck when selling. The first time I worked with Aleksa was three years ago to buy my first place in the North Loop. In less than a month she found us a pre market listing. Aleksa is very knowledgeable about the North loop area so when I went to buy a condo again I went straight to her. In less than 2 days she sent us options we could look at that weekend. We found a beautiful new place in less than a month and to make things better she found a buyer for my old condo that could be flexible with moving dates. If you are looking for a condo in the north loop there is no one better! Thank you for all your hard work.

I have been working with Aleksa twice (in 2013 and 2019) and both experiences have been really good!
In 2013, she helped me buy my first home (a condo in Minneapolis) and she guided me step by step in the whole process (I knew close to nothing about home buying). She was very quick to understand what I was looking for and I was able to find a great place within few weeks.
More recently I decided to upgrade to a bigger condo and she helped me again with both the purchase and the sale.
Aleksa understands the real estate market in Minneapolis very well and in both cases she gave me great advice on how much to offer for the purchase (enough to get it without overpaying). The sale of my old condo was also quick and smooth and, thanks to her help, it turned out to be fun.
I would highly recommend Aleksa to anyone needing to buy or sell a home in the Minneapolis area. She is very trustworthy, quick to respond and very easy to work with.

I've worked with Aleksa in the past to help me buy a property and I was impressed. Needless to say, I asked her to help me sell that property and purchase a new one--she agreed in a heart beat. The process was simple and Aleksa handled everything while keeping me informed.
