Alena is amazing! Alena was the seller agent on the home I recently purchased without a buyers agent. From first meeting through closing, Alena was knowledgeable and communicative, responding quickly to any question. Alena went above and beyond to make it a smooth process. Even though she wasn’t representing me as the buyer, she still made herself available to help with anything that came up! She is also extremely kind and a pleasure to work with all around. Alena was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. She stuck with us for almost a year looking at what felt like 100s of houses and putting in 20-30 offers which unfortunately we kept getting outbid. Although we were discouraged on multiple occasions alena always stayed positive and kept us hopeful and eventually found our home. She was never pushy with us and was always upfront with what a reasonable offer would be in this crazy market instead of getting us to put in offers way above asking that we would never have equity in the house. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Alena every time. I wish every sales person could be as professional, honest, personable and helpful as she is.

Alena Charria is a one of a kind real estate agent, and an all around AMAZING person. She helped my husband and I close on our dream home right before Christmas. She is honest, professional, and works diligently for you. She answered every call, email, and question regardless of the time...even when she was on vacation she continued working to ensure we closed on our home. Her hard work and dedication is unmatched. The home buying process through Covid was extremely tough; however she somehow made it easier after every disappointment until we found our forever home. I can not say enough great things about her work ethic, and overall genuinely kind personality. If you are looking for the best realtor around then you have found her!!!
