For a first time home buyer, Alessandra provided the best service - she was so patient, explained step by step processes, addressed all our concerns and guided us how to get everything done on time. Let me start off by saying that this team of people are the best you're going to get! We purchased our 1st home in 2018 and we had no idea what to do. They helped us step by step and made the process seamless. Skipping to July 2021, Alessandra and her team helped sale our home to then purchase our forever home.

Found Alessandra online after several failed attempts with other agents. I knew from the very first time speaking with her that she was going to be the person to finally help me buy my first home. So glad I found her! I was able to capitalize on an opportunity of a lifetime thanks to Alessandra's due diligence and hard work. Not only did I get my first home, I bought a triplex in the Bay Area!!! To this day I'm still in awe and it seems a bit surreal on how we were able to accomplish this. It was a combination of Alessandra staying on top of her game in the field and her office team, Mehran and company, handling the loan to form the absolute real estate dream team. Believe it or not, these are the facts of my purchase.... I purchased a vacant, move in ready triplex in the Oakland hills for over 1M! I LOCKED IN A RATE OF 2.625 for 30 years fixed! And to top it off I got the keys to the property for $35,350 out of pocket! That's it 3.5% down! Alessandra is a fierce negotiator. She was able to get the seller to pay all my closing costs and several other incentives that really helped me out. I now have all my units rented out, living for free and actually have positive cash flow every month from the rentals. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and I'll definitely be reaching out to Alessandra when I'm ready to buy my next property.

Alessandra Imanabadi, as well as her husband Mehran, is the best real estate agent that I have ever met in my entire life. Alessandra helped me to purchase a home in Tracy and a home in Hayward, California. I have also refinanced with her help. I could not have done it without her.
She was extraordinarily patient and "held my hand" during every step of the process. And as a new home buyer, I needed the hand-holding. At the age of 30, buying a home is no easy task. It was like taking a college course as an elementary student. Nationwide Fine Homes sincerely helped me not only purchase a property but find my family’s dream home. Mehran and Alessandra Imanabadi have truly showcased their real estate expertise. I must have been presented hundreds of pages of paperwork and it was overwhelming. However, the Imanabadis were on top of this challenge. They explained every single item that I did not understand and made sure it was clear to me before I signed.
