This was our first experience buying real estate and Alessandro led us through the process with immense care and grace. He was strategic, yet earnest and communicated every step of the way. There was a competitive environment for the specific property we were looking at, and Alessandro knew exactly what to do to secure the property. Additionally he consulted with us about interior design and connected us with a contractor after we purchased the property. It was such a pleasure working with Alessandro! If we are ever in the market again, or know of anyone else who is, we will be sure to recommend him.

I had the best experience working with Alessandro. I was looking for an apartment in New York after moving from California and everyone told me it would be impossible if I wasn’t on the ground in NYC/ Brooklyn. Despite not being local, I continued my search. When I got the streeteasy notification for what’s now my apartment, I reached out to the listing agent immediately — it was Alessandro.

I told him I’d never lived in New York but had always wanted to and that I know it’s impossible to get an apartment in this city but I’d do whatever it takes. Alessandro gave me step-by-step instructions to put my name into the ring for my dream apartment. He communicated when he received my materials and reiterated next steps. He also went out of his way to meet with my friend to show the apartment while the landlords made their decision. Later that same day I had confirmation that the apartment was mine. When it came to the logistics of payment, Alessandro was super helpful and accommodating. He even went as far as offering to pick up the payment from my friend since I was still out of town. Truly unbelievable service.

I can’t recommend Alessandro enough. He’s someone who works to get the job done and, if you match that energy, you might just get the apartment/ house of your dreams.

When we were looking for a realtor, we wanted someone who would listen to our concerns and not try to impress us with their knowledge. Alessandro is confident in his understanding of the real estate market which becomes evident when he addresses your concerns.

The house was in need of some major renovations, it was not a typical do-it-yourself project.

After looking at the house, Alessandro explained the options we had to sell the property. He knew the house would appeal to a specific group of buyers. Alessandro reached out to this group and had offers within a few days.

Alessandro had great communication with our attorney and the attorney for the buyer. We knew his efforts helped move the process along quickly.

In summary, Alessandro is very professional, personable, easy to talk with, a good listener, punctual and very informative. He followed through quickly on every step of the process. We couldn't have chosen a better realtor.
