Alex Caver

I wanted to take this time to tell you a little about myself and why I decided to pursue an exciting career in Real Estate. I was born and raised in New York, NY in a rather large home with a large family. We were always taught that when you own something, you take pride in it and take care of what's yours. As I grew up I started to develop a love for home repair & enhancement and took great pride in taking care of the roof over my head. Before I knew it, I was doing projects in the neighborhood and helping others take care of what was theirs and making life long friends. As I grew older I started to realize that home ownership really shaped the man that I had become. After finding my passion in home ownership and helping others do the same, I was taken down a different path as life normally does. I served in the US Navy(Nuclear Electronics) and automobile sales & sales management industry here in Hampton Roads for ten years combined. Through these career paths, I developed qualities like discipline, integrity, time management, sales, negotiating, marketing, management, customer satisfaction, and networking. All skills that help me fulfill my passion to help my neighbors own and take care of their own home needs, which will make our community stronger.
