This was my first home buying experience and Alex made it a great one. Alex scheduled a lot of house tours for us and helped take us through the closing process when we found the one we liked. He was very responsive over text and helped coordinate between us, the sellers, the title company, and even the mortgage loan providers a little. He had great recommendations for inspectors and other services for moving into a home.

My roommate and I had the unconventional idea to buy a house together to get out of the expensive rental market. We had no idea how the process worked and were unsure if we would have enough money. So, we met with Alex to discuss the possibility and he was incredibly knowledgeable! He really puts his clients first and will absolutely go to bat for his clients' best interests.

Alex was a Godsend in this crazy housing market! He was constantly in contact with us through every house showing, providing us with walk-through videos of each potential home. It really helped to get a better idea of the layout of the houses. He knew we had kids, so he even gave his honest opinion about the neighborhoods and surrounding area. My boyfriend and I recently sold and bought a house with Alex and it was an awesome experience! Our biggest hesitation with starting this whole process was finding the right realtor and with Alex (thanks to a wonderful friend rec) we did just that. Alex was so kind and responsive on top of just being really amazing at what he does. He got us almost $40,000 over asking on the house we sold and helped our offer on the house we bought beat out several others. In a housing market like today I can honestly say I don't know if we would have gotten our current home without Alex. He went above and beyond talking us through each step of the process and explaining things in a way that I understood but never once felt talked down to.
