Alex Nickle recently helped start a true start-up company called Rocket Notes AKA Mailbox Power as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Before that, he was Chief Operations Officer of September Group, LLC, Bully Pulpit, Inc., and September, Inc. where he still serves as a Senior Consultant. Mr. Nickle is a franchise owner of Slices Pizza Joint and 100% owner of Warehouse5 Properties, LLC, a real estate consulting firm.
Alex lives in Bluffdale, Utah with his wife Katrina, nine-year-old son Xander, five-year-old daughter Mia, and 21-month-old son Zeke. Alex is active in health and exercise, was a collegiate football player, NPC bodybuilding competitor, golfing, biking, boating, and snowboarding. Alex was born and raised in Utah but traveled and lived all over the United States. He grew up in a blue-collar family with two brothers and two sisters. He learned the value of being an entrepreneur from his father who owns his own electrical construction business.
Alex has learned that many people don’t understand what a real estate agent does. The work is stressful and has so much liability involved with each transaction. If there are any errors there could be large lawsuits that can be had. Real estate is selling, consulting, giving contract law advice, and marketing.
Alex’s focus is to help his clients build wealth. He is good at getting maximum profit for them with negotiation and being an expert in real estate. People use him because he can manage their real estate portfolios and help seek out opportunities for them. Whether it’s their primary residence or they have multiple properties.
