MEET ALEX
Alex graduated with high honors from De Paul University in Chicago where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He came to the Fox Valley in 1974, and thereafter successfully owned and operated several businesses in downtown Geneva. These businesses afforded him the opportunity to meet and become well-connected with many members of the Fox Valley community. After purchasing his first property in 1975 and with a goal to build his own portfolio, Real Estate was the natural next step.

Alex is a Broker, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Pricing Strategy Advisor. An esteemed real estate agent, highly regarded by both clients and professionals in the field, Alex has been inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame, awarded the Circle of Legends Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award, and the RE/MAX Luminary of Distinction Award which represents the highest level of achievement in all of RE/MAX. Alex is also ranked in the Top 1% of all real estate agents nationally.

His professional accomplishments, values, contacts, and long-term residency in the Fox Valley, along with his knowledge and expertise have guided the way The Rullo Team conducts their business and represents their clients. Alex lives with his wife Vicky in St. Charles and they have 3 adult children.

MEET VICKY
Vicky was first licensed as a real estate agent in 1987. Vicky has a strong background in real estate since her father was a successful Broker and VA property manager where she spent her weekends and summers learning the business. After graduating from college with an Administrative of Justice degree and working in that field for a few years, she acquired her real estate license. Vicky joined RE/MAX in 1990 and has consistently ranked in the top 1% of all real estate agents nationally.

Vicky now manages the Rullo Team office and handles the complete real estate transaction from the Executed Purchase, and Sales contract to the successful Closing of the property. She is directly involved in every stage and coordinates with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, etc. This includes reviewing and following up with inspection issues, and coordinating with attorneys to be certain that all contractual dates are met, and that clients are completely in the know and understanding of the process. Vicky has a deep knowledge of every file and is available to answer any and all questions in an effort to make the transaction as smooth as possible for our clients. Vicky is a real estate agent/Broker and an Accredited Buyers Representative.
