He assist sellers by making the sale of their home as stress-free as possible. Each home listed is treated as if it was were his own. Alex works with sellers to educate them about their local market to establish a price that will allow the home to sell for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time.

Alex provides a full-service marketing plan with a high level of internet presence; including a timeline so the client is aware of the selling/buying process. Alex can provide recommendations for moving companies and trade workers through Coldwell Banker's Concierge Service. If the client is moving outside of Central Ohio, Coldwell Banker can also provide relocation services.

When working with buyers Alex takes the time to learn their wants and needs to ensure they find the home of their dreams. Alex's service never ends at the closing table. He is always there to answer questions or help find a solution to any concerns that may occur in the future.
