After his mom passed away in 2010, the event led him to become a realtor. He and his brother inherited some money and decided to use it to buy a house. He remembers the enormity and weight of that decision and how scared he was of potentially making a mistake. He wanted to do everything he could to make sure that the house they bought would be a wonderful place to live and an even better investment; something that she would be proud of. Thankfully, after a few bad experiences, they were fortunate enough to eventually find an amazing Realtor to guide them and ensure that they found exactly what they were looking for rather than someone who was just trying to make a commission on their sale. So now, whenever he collaborates with a new client, he always reminds himself of how he felt when he was initially going through the process, back when he didn’t know anything and had to rely on someone else to help him make one of the biggest decisions of his life. It’s a huge responsibility, one that he takes very seriously (which isn’t to say that house hunting has to always be serious – he promises they’ll have fun, too), and it’s why he truly appreciates every single client who puts their trust in him and gives him the opportunity to help them find the perfect place to call home. So, if they’re an unrepresented buyer or just starting their search and looking for someone to be their guide along the way, they shouldn’t hesitate to give him a shout. Whatever their situation and whatever their budget, he promises to give them the support, consideration, and attention they deserve… Because at the end of the day, even though she’s gone, he’s still doing everything he can to make his mom proud.
