Alexander Watson

Alexander (Alex) Watson is a native of California, born and raised in San Francisco. Alex completed his elementary and high school education in San Francisco, later attended San Diego State University where he studied Business Administration. He began his career working in Telecommunications as an Account Executive and was promoted to Sales Manager. After working in the telecommunications industry for sixteen years, Alex decided to make a career change and decided to pursue the Real Estate industry. Alex began his career in Real Estate in 1999. He started as a Loan Officer and later began working exclusively as a loan officer. Alex obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license in October of 2011 and started his company ARW Realty Investments. In 2015 he joined Keller Williams Tri-Valley. On a social note, Alex was a member of the Livermore Rotary Club where he served as the Fund Raiser Chairperson and coordinated many of their Major Events. He enjoys working with other professionals who are committed to providing humanitarian services to many local and international communities. Alex took the fund rising skills learned with the Rotary Club and immediately put them to work by raising funds for the Malcolm X Elementary School located in San Francisco and The Pleasanton Unified Schools District, music program. Alex believes it is a privilege to help others achieve their professional and personal goals. Whether it is helping a couples find their first home, or helping others build their financial independence through real estate. There is no better rewarding accomplishment than helping others.
