Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Valerie was a broker with Re/Max for seven years before venturing out on her own in 2007, when she opened her own real estate firm, TradeStreet Realty, which was based in Uptown Charlotte. During the 10 years she owned and managed TradeStreet Realty, Valerie had a talented team of 12 agents and support staff making it an attractive investment that was purchased by a local brokerage firm.
