We knew little about the suburbs and were pretty picky on the area we were looking for. She was so patient with us and provided so much information to help us find the area that could feel like home. If you're looking for a real estate agent you need to see Ali! When my husband and I started searching for our first home we were overwhelmed with the market and everything to know. We didn't know where to start - until we found Ali! She was recommended to us by our friends and from the first time we sat down with her we felt at ease and cared for.

Ali goes above and BEYOND through the entire process of buying a house. We had a tight timeline as we tried to find a house in a crazy market but Ali was there for us every step of the way and went to so many showings with us. It's difficult to find a realtor who is knowledgeable, well-connected, and also so incredibly personable -- Ali has all of these qualities! My husband and I were first time home buyers, so this was a new adventure for us. From start to finish, Ali answered all questions (even silly ones!), gave great recommendations for mortgage lenders and other resources, and was truly just SO MUCH FUN to spend time with. It is hard to impart in words how incredible it was working with Ali Burkum. From start to finish, she was our expert on the process. As first time home buyers we were new to EVERYTHING, and she not only facilitated the process but clearly explained every step. Not only for us to understand, but for us to be making informed decisions and to lead the way in decision making. After our inspection, we had an issue with our Sewer line. This freaked us out - but Ali called our city, found out they would fix it, and gave them a copy of the sewer scope video. She isn't thinking of just now, she is serving her clients WELL into the future, too. If you are looking for a passionate, excellent communicator, and someone with a large knowledge of residential neighborhoods and areas, ALI IS YOUR REALTOR!
