Ali Jankowski

Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Ali Jankowski (formerly Duloc) graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. From school, Ali was actively recruited by Marriott Hotels and Resorts for their rigorous management-training program. After living in New York City for two years (and being involved in the buying and selling of two family condos), she moved home to help run Jericho National Golf Club in New Hope, Pa., which is owned by her grandparents, Nick & Athena Karabots. Ali spent almost three years at Jericho prior to moving on to Karamoor Estate Wines in 2012. At that time, Karamoor was a relatively unknown winery, but under Ali's direction, it has been carried and accepted by some of the largest brands in Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs. Selling this Pennsylvania wine, despite its excellent quality, initially was difficult, but through her exceptional interpersonal skills, creative marketing, and unwavering persistence, Ali was able to create and maintain relationships along the way that would ultimately help forge the high-end image that Karamoor Estate Wines is known for today. Ali brings her shrewd business sense, unparalleled negotiation skills, marketing expertise, and concierge-level service from all of her past experience to the real-estate industry. She's a “big-picture” type of person, but knows success requires great attention to detail. Ali excels at seeing the potential in properties and finding ways to quickly add value to existing structures.
