Ali has exclusively represented more than $125 million in real estate assets during his career, ranging from co-ops, condominiums, townhouses, and multi-family properties. He has represented investors, buyers, sponsors, sellers, and tenants in every submarket in New York City.
Prior to transitioning to real estate brokerage, Ali worked at The Weitzman Group where he consulted Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan developers on the marketability, feasibility, and pricing of new development projects totaling over $20 Billion. Furthermore, Ali has worked on Wall Street at Oppenheimer & Co. within Investment Banking where he advised on underwriting and commercial real estate.
Ali graduated on a full scholarship from Fordham University-The Gabelli Undergraduate School of Business with an honors degree in Finance. Ali actively mentors and advises inner-city students on college admissions. On his downtime, you will find Ali boxing at Brooklyn’s famous Gleason's gym in DUMBO.
