I just worked with Alice Plato for the second time, and give her the highest recommendation possible.

Once again, Alice worked her magic on so many levels, and we were in escrow, with a great offer, in less than 2 weeks.

Alice is such a pro, and so knowledgeble about every tiny detail that is needed, and aside from that, is such a great communicator and wonderful person to interact with, that I knew I was in good hands every step of the way.

I am a minimalist and home design is my hobby, but Alice had amazing suggestions that I never would have considered, to maximize the visual appeal of my home.

Selling a home is always stressful and even more so when one is living in it during a pandemic, but I always felt protected knowing that she would insist that any potential buyers wore protective gear before viewing my home.

Because of Alice’s years in the business, and being on great terms with so many agents, she was able to direct more traffic to get the home seen. And she would even step in and help if encountering rookie agents, to answer questions or take care of any important or overlooked details, as well.

I am a very detailed and organized person, but there are so many moving parts to the real estate process, I would lose track of some, but Alice always had everything noted and on track, no matter how big or small.

Alice really has a gift; being such a warm, communicative person and such a pleasure to interact with, yet completely knowledgeable and in charge of all the details. Finally, Alice is a master negotiator to secure the best outcome possible.

During this process I had a friend who was going through the same thing. Every time I would exclaim regarding something wonderful that Alice did, or some potential problem she helped save me from by looking out for me, my friend would enviously say that she wished her realtor was doing the same.

I honestly cannot imagine working with anyone else, and am so appreciative to have had Alice as my realtor, and now also a a friend. She is top of the line in every way and anyone would be so lucky to have her at the helm. Thank you Alice!

Extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also very fun to work with. I would definitely recommend Consulting with Alice if you're thinking about buying or selling a home.
