An Ivy League graduate with a Master of Engineering degree, Alice has worked and lived in Silicon Valley for 20+ years. After a rewarding high-tech career, holding Software System Architect and several senior engineering positions, she found a new passion in real estate and has become a savvy realtor, helping clients with buying/selling residential and investment properties. Her strong analytical background and excellent people skill helped her develop a unique home searching mechanism as well as effective marketing strategies.
Before joining Compass, Alice worked at another brokerage, dealing with investors and the construction team to identify and secure properties with long-term potential for investors. She became an experienced investor herself along the way, gaining more insight into home remodeling and construction, and utilizing the in-depth knowledge to better serve her clients.
Alice is also an expert on the local rental market. By actively engaging in leasing, she keeps first-hand information on population migration and rental market trends, which has tremendously helped her investment clients with property assessment and valuation.
Thanks to her work ethic of “Client First”, Alice has earned respect and trust from her past clients, who often reward her with new referrals. Her sincerity, diligence, and excellent communication and negotiation skills have attracted not only first-time buyers but also international clients and seasoned investors.
Besides work, Alice has served as a board director on a local HOA and engaged in volunteering for the Harker School. She also served on Stanford University's Parent Partner Committee, helping to fundraise for Stanford Fund. Alice enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and gardening. She speaks English and Chinese Mandarin, and with her high-tech clients.
