I am so grateful we found Suzanne Archuleta as our realtor! We came back to Santa Fe after leaving for work in 2009, and had no idea how to navigate the tricky Santa Fe housing market, if we could afford to live in The City Different or even if it was a good time to be looking at buying a house. Suzanne put our minds at ease, and quickly started showing us options in our budget. She looked far and wide, and showed us all kids of homes around Santa Fe, Turquoise Trail and Pojoaque. Suzanne made herself available, any time of day or night, to answer questions or ease (mainly my) anxiety. She was quick to schedule showings, sometimes even scheduling a showing on the same day that I sent her the listing! 20+ showings over 4-5 weeks, we finally found a house we loved but learned that, even though we were the 2nd showing, there was already an offer on the house! Suzanne helped us navigate what to offer, had contacts who helped us quickly get the paperwork in order, set up all the inspections, helped us figure out what to negotiate for, contacted the people who need to contacted...everything a realtor does but she went above and beyond. She had no office hours, worked weekends....whatever she needed to do to accommodate our schedules she would do. The process went so quickly and efficiently, there really was nothing to worry or stress about. I would recommend her to anybody who is looking for a realtor! She is willing to put in the legwork to find you the house your dreaming of!

Angela is a fantastic person and a great real estate agent. My husband and I decided to sell our home in Colorado in the spring of 2022. We were connected to Angela through my husband's research of New Mexico. Shortly after our first call with Angela, my husband broke his leg, which hindered our work towards getting our home ready for sale. Angela stayed in constant contact through everything. After finally getting our house on the market in OCT, we met Angela for the first time when we drove down to ABQ. She is so fun to hang out with, and we started our hunt. She took copious notes on our likes and dislikes. Sometimes, we chose to look at a house, and as soon as we walked in, Angela said, " I don't think your table will fit" (we have a twelve-seat table). This remarkable woman waited patiently, helping to support us emotionally for over a year to find the perfect house. She worked closely with our lender to ensure everything was on track. She advocated for us in all the steps of the process. We bought a new build, and she insisted on scoping the plumbing. The builder fought against it, but she fought harder for us. She was always there to answer questions, and because we would drive down on the weekends from CO, she would dedicate her time and attention to our needs the whole weekend. If we buy another home, Angela will be the first person we call, even before our lender.
It also doesn't hurt that she is a huge San Francisco 49s fan! GO NINERS!

My house was a special case sale since it was an incomplete remodel. But Maria Berglund saw its potential and what the sale needed - a flipper. The sale was not going to be a normal sale. She knew the right people and understood her business well enough to be able to guide me through the process of selling a special case home. Although this was the first house I ever bought, hence my first sell, and even though I did a bit of research on my own and I was a bit apprehensive, she explained everything and no matter how many times I asked, explained it again. Maria Berglund was an outstanding realtor. She made the process of getting my house up for sale quick and easy with a very flattering listing. She found a buyer that offered my asking price within a few days. The house needed extensive updates before sale as the building codes changed and expert repairs were needed after the inspections. Maria coordinated with all of the contractors to perform the work, negotiated with the buyer's broker to keep requests reasonable, and kept in daily contact as to the status of everything. Everything moved so quickly that we moved closing up 2-weeks. I will be looking for a new house as a buyer soon and will definitely call Maria to be my realtor again.

We were renting from a family member who was moving back to town, so we decided it was time to start looking to buy. We didn't know any realtors in town, and happened to start working with Mary Bateman by chance.

She continued to be our realtor over the 4 or so months and took us to see around 20 homes. Having two young kids and both working full-time, we really appreciated Marys patience and flexibility with us in terms of communication responses and scheduling in the evening.

She navigated is through a crazy Albuquerque market, including advice before and during an offer we placed on a foreclosed property. We later pulled that offer due some unforeseen red flags, and credit to Mary for pointing those out to us. She sent us the listing for the home we ended up buying as she knew it was exactly what we were looking for. We feel so fortunate to have worked with Mary and to now be in a home that we love for our little family.

We just moved from Houston to Albuquerque and Shane has been a god send. We started working together about a year ago and he has been amazing. His tenacity to find us our home has been incredible. When I say Suzanne Archuleta is a super hero, that is an understatement. She listened to what I was looking for as a first time, single female home buyer and went above and beyond reviewing the market and doing showings. When I called the seller's realtor he wouldn't show the property unless I emailed or texted him proof of approved loan or bank statement showing I had the money to pay the asking price of home. I told him I had the money but wanted to inspect the home before making an offer. He would not show the home unless I sent him proof of having the money, so I said thanks and hung up. I wasn't going to make an offer without viewing the home and I was trying to figure out how I was going to do that. A couple of days later Linda Rasheed call and I told her what the seller's realtor said and she said "I'll show it to you." Well, the rest is history. I viewed the home, made an offer and the seller accepted. Had to do a back and forth with the seller after a home inspection and I got some credit at closing. We just lucked upon Halleh Day as our buyer’s agent, and we couldn’t have been luckier. We were house shopping from 1,500 miles away and I was unable to leave my ailing husband long enough to visit Albuquerque, where we had lived for two years 30 years ago. Of those 25 realtors the single best I've ever used or observed in action has been Elias Medina. My husband and I met Elias at an open house several years ago and talked briefly with him about potentially buying a new house and selling our current house. He offered to do a market analysis on our home and we agreed. Elias came to our home and answered all our questions while also providing a market analysis. We stayed in contact with Elias and he began to share listings with us, some of which he also organized a home showing for us. During this time we learned we were to be expecting our first born and decided we would put everything on hold. This didn't turn Elias away and he continued to check in on us to see if we needed anything and if we were doing ok. This continued communication really fostered more of a friendship with Elias. My husband and I worked with Elias to purchase our first home together. This was such an easy and smooth process thanks to Elias. His expertise in selling/buying homes makes the process easy and as stress free as it can be. Elias was so dependable and made himself available on very short notice. He would respond back to any question immediately and would show us homes within a 24 hr time frame or less. This was so nice because when you see a home online, you automatically want to run to it and look. He made it very possible to see the homes very quickly! After making an offer on our home the bank continued to request repairs. We were getting nervous because we were relying on a specific closing date otherwise we were gonna be out of a place to live. The bank continued to stress our lives with their requests. One afternoon I got a call from Elias to tell me that he had physically went to the home and helped the seller fix the repairs. This floored me. I don’t know if I was more happy that we’d be able to move forward in the process or that we had a realtor who went far beyond his duties to help us as the buyer, as well as the seller. Once all was cleared with the bank, Elias got the paperwork done ASAP and got us a quick appointment with the title company so we could get our keys the same day as closing. It all worked out perfect and I credit that to the dedication and hard work of our realtor. We are so grateful to him and all the work he’s done for us!
