Alisandro Romero

Alisandro has been licensed by the State of California in real estate since 1990. He is starting his salesperson career at Century 21 American in Downey, Ca. 1990-1991. Then, he works at Conquista Realty in South Gate, Ca. from 1991 -1992 as a real estate salesperson. He filed his DBA as All City Investments in Los Angeles County in late 1995 and bought and sold his own properties for the next 12 years. He became a California real estate broker in 2003 and opened his own office named All City Real Estate and Investments in Huntington Park then in Norwalk, Ca. but was forced to close it in 2007 due to the “Mortgage Meltdown”. He worked with REMAX Metro in Santa Ana/South Coast Metro Office for 6 months as a broker associate. He has a total of 28 years experience as a listing and buyers agent. He has 12 years experience in rehabilitation and selling of his own investment properties, 4 years new construction experience on his own projects (dealing with architects, engineers, contractors, expediting, entitlement of parcels in preparation for new construction, etc.). He is well rounded and versed in all aspects of single family and multi-unit dwelling real estate in the Southern California Area. He has been involved in over 1000 real estate transactions in the 28 years he has been in real estate.
