Alison Hull

Hello! My name is Alison Hull. I'm a local real estate professional living and working here, in and around Sacramento. I chose to become a Realtor® in part because it was a natural fit with my extensive real estate background, but mostly because I love to help people.

From Southern California, I moved north to earn a bachelor’s degree in human development at the University of California, Davis. After graduating and working in the real estate sector in both Sacramento and Los Angeles for over 20 years, my husband, three children, and I set down roots in the Sacramento area in search of more affordable housing and a less hectic lifestyle. In short, we needed a better work-life balance for our family to thrive. I’m happy to say that we’ve definitely found that and more.

I do not see myself as a salesperson. Rather, I want to be your trusted advisor when it comes to all things having to do with real estate in the Greater Sacramento area and beyond. I’m a careful listener and strive for that perfect fit for your housing needs. Having a background in commercial construction and project management has also served me and my clients well, as I have a vast network of professional service providers I can call on when needed. Responsive and proactive, I provide clients with exceptional communication and care. Service is my priority, and cultivating lasting relationships with my clients is my strength.

The homebuying or selling process often takes time, but I truly enjoy the uniqueness, adventures, joys, and sometimes challenges that come with each transaction.
