As first time home owners, we really were in brand new territory. Aliyah was absolutely fantastic, taking the time to really guide us through the entire process and making sure that we felt comfortable at all times. I had heard many horror stories about the short sale process. Aliyah proved that such horrors are for those without the right people working for them. From beginning to end, Aliyah made it as easy as possible. The tons of documentation that needed to be signed and/or submitted came in manageable portions, and she made sure I had enough time to respond to all her requests. She pre-empted most of my questions, but when I did ask one, she was very quick to respond. The outcome was more than I could have expected. We closed in just a few months and are free of the debt of the two mortgages we had on the house.

I met Ms Aliyah in 2011; what a beautiful and honest real estate agent. I tried to purchase a home through her and the deal was not going well, however Ms Aliyah tried for fight for me to make the deal right at all cost. Her persistence paid off. As a result, I refused to give up on her. In the interim the deal did not go through on the first home, but I was able to purchase another home through her. I am very happy with her performance and wiil recommend her to everyone. This young ambitious realtor will go the distance with you and not mislead you. She has been a blessing to my family and my life.

Aliyah was a saint....the Florida real estate agent search can be a trying test of patience, but after hearing a co-worker talk about their girl, Aliyah, I decided to give her a call. Best call I made since moving to Florida...where other agents wouldn't dedicate the good time slots - weekends or after work hours, Aliyah understood my predicament, that I was new to FL and needed a suitable place to live or my wife would kill me! Within three or four meetings, we found a perfect rental - only regret is that it took me this long to author this review.

She made an amazing video marketing our home and we had an offer for full asking price the first day our home went on the market. She is knowledgeable and easy to work with. I needed to short sale my home in Forest Lakes West Palm Beach. Aliyah went beyond to try to help me and assist me in anything I needed to sell my home. She found a buyer in a very short period of time, we signed the sale contract but at the moment of the closing my house wasn't sold because there was a lien on the house by the home owners association who just wanted to keep it at any cost. Aliyah helped me to contact an attorney to see if there was anything I could do at this point but unfortunately there wasn't. I would recommend her any time, she is very professional and amazingly competent.

I have owned several homes in the Northeast and dealt with mutliple realtors but have never met with someone with so much knowledge of her area and passion. Ailyah was able late into the evening and throughout the process if felt like she was also purchasing the home. She was hands and pointed out things other realtors would just say don't an issue. Given the current housing market we had low expectations regarding the sale of our property. But God answered our prayers and His plan unfolded in the hands of the most professional, dedicated and flexible real estate agent we could have prayed for. She is professional because of extensive knowledge of real estate sales and extraordinary ability to leverage the latest technology; her amazing capacity to network with other agents in the region and navigate the intricacies of the sales process when dealing with our HOA and bank officers. She is dedicated because it felt like she was working only for us. Her answers to our questions were honest and clear with no room for ambiguity whatsoever. She is flexible because she was always available either by email, text messages or phone even late in the evening the only time I was able to contact her. I sold my condominium quickly and without hassle thanks to Aaliyah. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions on our first meeting, and did a thorough job of marketing my property. We had a buyer within 48 hours of listing and I was offered my target sale price. When there were some minor complications at closing, she kept in touch with the buyer’s agent and I was always informed of what was happening. The situation was resolved without me needing to spend my own time on phone calls. She was my sister's realtor and did well by her so I called her when I needed to buy a condo in Florida. She also did well by me...a lot better than some of the other realtors I called before her and were turkeys! I had already located the area and possible condo. She helped in the negotiations and getting to closing. She found me the inspector who did a great job. She suggested an attorney who also did a great job at a fair price.
