I have lived in Cobb County for the last 12 years, and I own a small business in Smyrna, so I definitely consider myself an expert in this area. I have been working in the real estate industry for nearly a decade, as I started while attending Georgia State University where I graduated with a degree in Pre-Law and a minor in Spanish.
While I am happy to assist both buyers and seller, I must admit that I prefer buyers. A lot of agents prefer Sellers because they are more experienced and require less time, which is true, but there is NOTHING like seeing the smile on a buyer's face after they receive the keys to their dream home...
