Allen Thompson

With over 15 years of retail leadership experience, Allen has come to build his career on three core beliefs: Respect for the individual, service to his customers, and strive for excellence. His experience and beliefs help Allen provide professional, personal, loyal, and dedicated service through a tradition of trust.

As a kid growing up in the midwest, Allen learned the importance of community and he saw first hand how seemingly simple acts of neighborly kindness can provide the pillars of success in times of adversity. He went on to study banking administration at Lake Sumter Community College and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in business. He learned the importance of hard work from his father who was a farmer and construction worker and the value of guidance and education from his mother who is an elementary school teacher.

His love for sun, sand, and waves has led Allen to Volusia County where the hometown hospitality that was instilled in him as a kid stands strong in his heart today. Allen knows that true success is only acquired by helping others achieve their goals.
