Allison was by far the best and most well experienced realtor we could have asked for to guide us through the whole process of seeking out, locating and purchasing our first home. She was thorough, thoughtful and encouraging to help us maintain our focus and keep our goals on track and in sight. Well I must say in this crazy market and crazy world Allison was a breath of fresh air. I didn't even think I could purchase a home, but Allison helped me realize the dream of home ownership was within reach. Not only did she make the process really easy to understand but she negotiated like a pitbull... She informed me where I needed to be to get what I wanted. We looked at probably 10 different houses prior to finding the one... She was patient and drove out here to Riverside county from Orange county to help me make it happen. I am 49 years old and this is my first home and people told me what a nightmare it was the process of buying a home. They apparently didn't have the right agent because mine knocked it out of the park and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Trust me I had a lot of silly questions. Whether you're buying a home for the first time or have done it before Allison's experience and knowledge about her profession was obvious

Allison was the most professional yet down to earth real estate agent around. From the moment we dreamed of becoming home owners to feeling hopeless and as if we would never own a home, she kept her promise, hustle, and strong sense of calm throughout the entire process. She made us a believer when we didn’t think a house was in our abilities. She helped us keep our eye on the prize the entire process and reassured us the whole way through. Because of Allison we were able to land our first home, the home of our dreams, when we didn’t think it was possible. Allison is the best! When I first contacted Allison about wanting to buy a home and having no idea where to even start she quickly jumped right in. She spoke to my husband and I about what we need to do in order to qualify, how to fix our credit and most importantly finding the right home. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a home. She has answered every question we have. She doesn't just want us to rush and settle! She wants us to be happy and love where we live. My husband and I still have a little more work to do on our end, but Allison has been amazing being just one phone call away! We are so happy and blessed she is in our corner. And we are really excited she will be apart of our first home buying experience!

I was at the lowest point of my life five years ago when I became homeless. I lost my job and my home in 30 days. My Husband (a Veteran) my daughter (then four years old) and I converted my Father's Tuff Shed into a Tiny Home where we lived for 1.5 years. I then had the great pleasure of being introduced to Mrs. Allison Lozano who is also a dedicated Army Wife, a full time Mom and the most honest, educated Realtor & Investor.
From the first time I talked to Allison it was a great experience. I knew I had to be fully transparent with her so she knew where to start. Let's just begin with, we had horrible credit, had debt and no money saved. Allison gave us the step by step instructions we need to follow. In 4 months our credit score increased, in 6 months we were educated on how to save money and in 1.5 years we bought our first home in a neighborhood I thought I'd never had a chance in. Our home has increased over $100,000 in equity and we are now having a custom pool built on our 9,000 SQFT Lot!!!!
I will forever be grateful for Allison taking the time to guide us and for giving us the tools we needed to be where we are today! Since then, we have inspired others that they can do the same.

We were looking for a family home in the Yorba Linda area in Southern California. I had taken up a job in the area, subsequently finalized the school for our 3y old daughter and we had to move fast! I want to start off with saying Allison [Lozano] is a work horse. My situation was very complicated and seemed next to impossible. By the time I got to Allison I had lost all hope and was coming to terms that I would never find a house to rent. I'm a single mom, have four children, credit challenges, and 3 dogs, need I say more? Oh, and relocating from Idaho to Orange County. Allison never gave up, she was tenacious. She kept me focused and hopeful and after 100+ no's and 1 shady rental contract she found me the perfect place. I want to touch back on that shady rental contract, please be aware that they are out there and can really get you into a lot of trouble as this one slipped an addendum at the last hour which basically removed all my rights away as a renter. Allison caught this really quick and saved me from that nightmare. A landlord finally took a chance on me and without Allison I'm not sure where I would have ended up. She worked tirelessly and was always there for me when I had questions. I will refer Allison to all my friends and family! She is professional, works hard, and is simply amazing!
