Allison Salmon

Allison is one of those increasingly rare native Austinites and holds a degree in Education from the University of Texas at Austin. Before earning her realtor’s license, she enjoyed a successful career in Educational Technology collaborating with school districts across the country to democratize technology in the classroom. Education remains a passion she fulfills by volunteering time at her daughters’ school with the Science Club, supporting the parent organization, or volunteering time with Girl Scouts. These activities enable Allison to contribute to her firsthand involvement in the Leander community. Allison is the proud mother of two daughters, and luckily for her, her husband is a craft-brewer.

When not working on real estate transactions, Allison enjoys time outdoors exploring the vineyards and antique shops of the Texas Hill Country and the fishing and beach life on South Padre Island. Interestingly, Allison’s love of real estate began in college when she discovered the thrill of finding a diamond in the rough property to fix up with her husband. She brings 20+ years of sales and marketing experience to her real estate business and is known for educating clients on every transaction process while delighting them with the outcome. While her clients recognize her ability to see around corners, her initiative-taking communication style also ensures a smooth experience whether the purchase is a family’s first home or an investor’s complex acquisition. Her experience brings a consultative, communicative approach to real estate, and blends it with an extensive knowledge of Austin and surrounding areas.
