Working with Allison and Amanda was truly a pleasure. They never tired of showing us houses and we looked at a lot of houses. The Toolbox Sisters, while extremely knowledgeable and professional, kept the whole process, from searching for a home to closing on the home, fun and enjoyable. It had been nearly 30 years since we purchased our last house so we needed a lot of handholding and Allison and Amanda were there with us every step of the way.

My husband and I were wanting to look at the community to purchase a home. We called a couple of realtors and The Toolbox Sisters were the first to call us back. We feel blessed that they were the first to get in touch with us; because we now consider them friends as well as our realtors. My husband works a difficult schedule so were were limited to when we could look at homes and I was very picky about what I was looking for. The girls were so patient with us and met us on short notice many times. When we found our new home, they went over and above what we expected to make it all work out for us.
We highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home. I'm sure you will be pleased with their personal touch as well as their professionalism.

While doing research on homes in Tampa and other surrounding areas, we saw an ad for Toolbox Sisters Realty. We contacted them to set up a meeting on our trip to Florida and we are so glad we did. Allison and Amanda spent more than sufficient time with us on 2 different days to look at houses. Always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable of not just the homes but the towns and cities we visited. They put us in contact a lender to answer questions we had. My wife and I are so pleased with their efforts that we will be using their service when we make the move to Florida. It would be well worth your time to talk to them.
