Amanda Gaskins

Amanda Gaskins was raised in the South Carolina Lowcountry! Currently, she resides in Pinopolis with her husband and daughter. Amanda has always been passionate about helping others.


After graduating from St. Johns Christian Academy, Amanda has spent a portion of her career life as a ER Nurse and building and doing property investments with her husband who is a general contractor. Amanda currently owns RAD Builders which specializes in new construction and remodeling which gives her a unique ability to educate Buyers and Sellers on properly remodeling a home to maximize your dollar.


She has even been known to tear off a roof on a remodel construction project as well as add the finishing touches before it goes under contract. Her dedication and hard work is what her clients are likely to say are her best features coupled with her caring attitude.
