Amanda Grundman has been a licensed real estate agent since 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience in the industry. She obtained her GRI (Graduate, REALTOR®? Institute) designation, solidifying her commitment to professional growth and expertise. Amanda has been involved in various aspects of real estate since 2001, and for the past four years, she has had the privilege of working alongside one of Magnolia Realty’s top-producing agents, Melissa Miller. Together, they form a dynamic and successful team, providing exceptional service to their clients.

Born and raised in Southern California, Amanda moved to Waco, TX, in 2009, where she has since put down roots and proudly calls it home. She is passionate about helping people and takes great pride in guiding clients through one of the most significant decisions of their lives – buying or selling a home.

Outside of her professional life, Amanda has been happily married for 23 years and enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter. Her commitment to family, community, and helping others shines through both in her personal and professional life.
