Amanda was amazing to work with. She listened to what my wife and I wanted and helped us find the perfect home. She reviewed the comp set in a way that allowed us to beat multiple offers while still coming in under the appraisal. Amanda was always available to answer any and all questions and really fought for us when negotiating the Purchase Agreement.

Amanda listed my home in March 2022 and we had an offer within 24 hours of listing. We closed in 3 weeks! Amanda helped me stage my home. She met with me and my handyman to talk about things that needed to be freshened up before listing. Amanda made my experience amazing! I was nervous because this was my first time selling. However Amanda was able to set me at ease. She is very professional and timely with her responses. I would not use another realtor after working with her! She is great. I am currently renting, but when I am ready to buy again I will call Amanda!

After our first meeting with Amanda we felt comfortable moving to our new home out of state. Leaving everything in her capable hands.
