Amanda Shamsie rates above 5 stars in my book! I had to sell my mother’s home in Pflugerville after she passed with Covid. She was caring and direct about what I needed to do to get the most interest in the home. I needed advice and she was incredible. She is on top of things and not afraid to stand up for me when negotiating the trend of the sale! I am going to use her in the future. You will not be disappointed in this fine lady. The title company she worked with was top notch as well. Give Amanda a call! I promise you will love her!

Amanda helped us get our first home in a crazy housing market amongst all the bidding wars. We are glad that we found her and couldn't have asked for anyone better. She is very helpful and extremely patient. She understood our needs and would not give up till we found our perfect home. She guides you through every step of the process. Trying to find a house is this current housing market was no easy task. I can’t speak highly enough of Amanda Shamsie, from Teifke Real Estate. From the very beginning I knew I was lucky to find someone like Amanda to help my family find our perfect home. We probably looked at almost two dozen houses that were quickly moving through the market within days (cash offers were made or we were outbid by $30k+ over asking). We were in that mass group of people all looking to purchase a 3/2 house in the Austin area and our search lasted three months.

Amanda’s professionalism, knowledge, honesty and integrity is what kept us on the hunt for that perfect house. She was that bright spot when I was losing hope of ever finding our dream home. We saw houses during the day, in the evening, during the weekend, and even on a holiday too (she worked around my hectic schedule). She answered my random questions that came in at all times of the day and into the night. She even had conference calls with me where we would make a game plan of which houses we would see and ones we could rule out because they lacked a necessary amenity.

Once we found that perfect home, it was so nice to know we had Amanda in our corner, she advocated for us through the entire process. We needed necessary repairs on our soon to be dream home and she did not give up fighting for us and explaining our options. Even when we closed on our home she came to visit us a week after we moved in to see how we were settling in.

If you are looking for someone to help you through these crazy real estate waters, look no further! I would no longer classify her as just our realtor, but as a dear friend and adopted family member!

I'm relocating to Texas from California and needed to find a rental before I even got there, which I was stressing about. Amanda lifted a huge weight off my shoulders by sending me rentals in the area and price range I was looking for. She was super responsive via email and text and answered any questions I had right away. I can only speak volumes about Amanda! I was undertaking a huge life transition and moving across several states in the middle of an ice storm, and she was so incredibly supportive throughout the whole thing. She was thorough in letting me know the details of selling my first home. She made the process very easy in providing everything from cleaning services to recommended faucets.
